Semi Automatic Transformer Wire Coil Winding Machine DG

The Semi Automatic Transformer Wire Coil Winding machine DG is equipped with a high precision all-geared coil winding head. The face plate of the geared head is provided with radial slots for holding winding formers. A foot pad is provided for gradual increase and decrease of speed. The machine has a gear unit incorporated within its gear box. Two hand levers are provided for fine layer setting, and another hand lever is provided to manually reverse the wire at the end of each layer. The machine also includes a tail-stock, reel carrier, v-puley, safety guard for belt and wire, and an automatic coil winding machine with a manual reverse.
