The food that we eat has a big impact on how our body looks on that day. The food must be well planned and there must be enough of it. If you choose to have a big wedding then by all means have lots of delicious food, but just make sure that you give your body the nutrition that it needs.
Another mistake that many people make is that they do not sleep properly on the big day. This can lead to a lot of sicknesses such as feeling very run down and weak throughout the day. It is quite possible that you could end up not being able to enjoy your wedding because your body will feel tired and run down and you might even end up with the dreaded Bluesy (Blues fever). Therefore, if you have been sleeping well all year round make sure that you get a good 8 hours sleep each night, you can then make up for the lack of sleep by eating well before your wedding.
Last but certainly not least, one of the 10 things not to do towards your Wedding is to have too many drinks! (Especially water) Alcohol is great for impressing your friends and family, but it will make you extremely sluggish on the day of your wedding! Alcohol can also make you pee more than you would normally which will affect the look of your photographs! You should try drinking a nice glass of wine during the day with dinner as this will give you and your husband some nice slow-down time. Just remember to drink plenty of water before you eat anything, if you are feeling thirsty then have a sip of water rather than a sugary lemonade drink. Other things not to do are having a barbecue in the garden or having your friends over for the weekend.
